UO is seeking applications for its next University Ombudsperson. Reporting to the President’s Office, the Ombuds serves a confidential, neutral, independent, and informal dispute resolution resource for students, faculty, staff, and administrators. Applicants should have and advanced degree; relevant professional experience in higher education; professional experience in management, supervision, and organizational development; completion of mediation certificate program; and membership in IOA.
