What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.): I recently accepted a position as an instructor with the Maryland Police & Corrections Training Commission. It is interesting how we venture into areas that we never thought we would. I am still adjusting to the "teacher" role, but so far am enjoying every minute of it and most importantly it is a good career move for me.
