- I have applied ADR and conflict management principles and skills to my daily management of a growing business, in a highly conflict prone industry. I am a student in the online MS in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution program at the Werner Institute.

- I believe effective dispute resolution and lasting peace are built on fair, thoughtful and intelligent negotiating. I want to be an active participant in the cause of peace, whether on an international, national, community, organizational or personal level.
