Have attended mediation trainings with The Center for Mediation in Law (now The Center for Understanding in Conflict); The Center for Social Gerontology; Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI); EEOC; Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative; Divorce Mediation Training Associates; and others. Continue to attend trainings and conferences whenever possible.

Co-launched Agreement Resources, LLC and Elder Decisions in late 2003/early 2004. Have been providing advanced trainings in Elder / Adult Family Mediation since 2007. Also provide trainings for eldercare professionals in basic conflict resolution skills.

Co-author of the book (with Arline Kardasis, Rikk Larsen and Blair Trippe): "Mom Always Liked You Best: A Guide for Resolving Family Feuds, Inheritance Battles & Eldercare Crises" - published in 2011.
