What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)
I create a way for differences, disputes, and changes to reach mutual resolutions without the expense of litigation or the emotional scars produced by prolonged stress and bitterness. My travels to over 80 nations provide an understanding of cultural differences and an acute awareness that all folks can make good decisions when given an opportunity. The process of listening, learning, and understanding our needs and wants and those of others is the process of mediation.

I practice the classic facilitative approach that empowers participants and helps them to understand how to resolve their differences with mutual respect through non adversarial discussions. The process seeks a way to help the parties find solutions without
providing suggestions, advice, or injecting opinion. I help parties understand their needs and create an environment for them to produce alternative resolutions. Agreements may not always occur, though participants leave a session with a greater understanding of how to
engage in non adversarial conversation and often return to have agreements made in writing. Facilitative mediation allows folks to make decisions based on what they know about themselves versus an attorney and/or a judge.
