Full time labor and securities arbitrator for 25 years; have conducted numerous courses for professional organizations in labor negotiations, dispute resolution in arbitration and mediation, conducted mediation of commercial, EEO complaints and labor-employer disputes.
What, if any, ADR organizations or groups do you belong to?
National Academy of Arbitrators; State Bar of Texas, Labor and Employment Section; Chair of NAA Southwest Rockies Region; American Arbitration Association Labor Arbitrator Roster, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service; Labor and Employer Relations Association; Association for Conflict Resolution; and Society of Labor Relations Professionals.
What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com
News of research and studies of collective bargaining, dispute resolution developments, possible educational or conference opportunities; resources in my field of arbitration, collective bargaining negotiations, mediation and related subjects.
