International Scholarships Available for 2012 Ombuds Conference

The International Ombudsman Association has announced the availability of financial support for members or prospective members living outside of North America to attend its annual conference on April 15-18, 2012, in Houston, Texas. California Pharmacists Association Creates Novel ADR Program for Workplace Issues

The largest state association representing pharmacists has implemented a pilot program to offer the services of an Organizational Ombudsman to its members.
