<p>1) <em>Mark acknowledges that the negotiation is not completed through the system – there will still be a face-to-face, at-the-table phase.</em></p>
<p>I see this not necessarily as something bad but seeing what the software is- a compliment and not a replacement of real estate negotiating. It looks like it does provide some well thought out services that can help the process…</p>

<p>2) <em>Within the hour I received responses from two of the companies managers (something that to me speaks well of this service provider’s business approach) and had a very detailed exchange with Mark Bloomfield, the company’s founder (much appreciated, Mark!), allowing me to share and analyze some of the ins-and-outs of this carefully thought-out system in close detail.</em></p>
<p>I recall mentioning in your Part 1 post how twitter can serve as a great opportunity to assist clients, parties, customers, etc. The response, and their promptness, I think it goes a long way in being able to assist people (in the conflict res world helping others) while leaving a lasting impression.</p>

<p>Its adoption will probably depend on the vendors ability to generate a community around N-play; based on good customer relationships, timely product upgrades/releases, technical support, education, training, forums, sharing stories... I see the vendor has a YouTube channel set up. That's good, especially if they use it regularly, likewise webinars...</p>

<p>My own observations, while working as a IT business analyst, is that negotiation functionality is heavily underutilized; i.e., avoided. Is it because it requires a bit more thought, strategy-wise, in the system design, or maybe design team is lacking negotiation/mediation skills or ? </p>
