- I've been a mediator for more than 25 years and have been ED at Resolution Systems Institute for 14 or so. We strengthen justice by enhancing court ADR systems. We help courts develop programs, monitor and evaluate programs, and provide courts with a comprehensive resource center at CourtADR.org.
