2014 EPP Conference: Expanding Our Impact – at ACR in Cincinnati

Our EPP conference committee has put together a great program which we have attached herefor your perusal.  As you will see, many of your friends and colleagues will be presenting.  We kick it off on Wednesday October 8 with a full day of EPP sessions representing a nice balance among sessions that relate to our practice, substantive work and marketing opportunities.  We have several engaging plenary sessions planned – including an opportunity to hear from the new director of the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution, Peter Williams.  A diverse collection of other sessions – concurrent and plenary – will explore our two themes:

  • Expanding our Impact: Diversity of Practice and Practitioners, and
  • Standing Up for Good Practice: Navigating Coercive Clients and Intimidating Parties

We continue the program with several more sessions on Thursday and Friday including a section luncheon focusing on the work of the EPP New Directions Committee.  In this crucially important session, we will be exploring and engaging in significant discussion about the future of our field of practice and our professional association.

Adding to this year’s event, we have partnered with ACR to make our EPP conference a part of ACR’s annual conference.  Here are the details on the combined EPP @ ACR conference:
