Profile Information

What is your profession and title?
I am facilitator and curriculum developer at Inclusive Communities. I also do other private contract work in the fields of mediation, facilitation, and curriculum development for organizations.
What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)
I have an M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University/May 2013. I am formally trained in mediation through the Nebraska Office of Dispute Resolution. I have a second master’s degree in Interfaith Action from Claremont Lincoln University. I have received advanced training from Soliya, Global Nomads, CCI Greenheart, Concord Mediation, and Inclusive Communities.

Before moving back to NE for family reasons, I spent the last 5 years living and working just outside NYC. I volunteered and worked for several organizations where I was able to hone my mediation and facilitation skills with very diverse populations. I attended many conferences and symposiums, some where I presented my own research.

Peace work comes in all shapes and sizes

Literally, peace work does come in all shapes and sizes. Recently I came onboard with an organization called Arts Action Group. Some really great folks who are arts educators have been traveling to Kosovo and Western Saharah to involve children and youth in arts education and conflict resolution work.
