Selection Process

This Call for Proposals closes on January 8, 2015 at 12:00 Midnight EST.

Only complete submissions will be given consideration. Each proposal is reviewed by multiple reviewers including reviewers in the relevant practice/interest area. Reviewers may recommend that similar proposals combine into one session. Final selections and inclusions to ensure overall conference quality are determined by the ACR Conference Committee. The Committee will give preference to programs that are half, full, or multi-day to provide incentive for sections to create substantive programs and to have presenter’s consider opportunities to increase the depth of the workshops. Presenters will be notified by email on whether the session is accepted or declined no later than February 28, 2015. 

Presenter Information 

Presenters are expected to register for the Conference. ACR offers a reduced conference registration fee for presenters, but does not cover hotel, travel, nor other presenter expenses. The presenter fee for Conference 2015 is $295 for ACR member presenters and $450 for ACR non-member presenters.
