#1: To celebrate 10 years of IOA, its progress, growth and support for Organizational Ombuds across the globe. The World of Coca-Cola will help us do that on Monday night, April 20Register for this additional event and join your colleagues for some fun and relaxed networking!

#2: One-stop educational value: Specialty Workshops and Professional Development Course — we'll conduct our high-demand three-day Foundations course April 17-19, plus half-day specialty workshops on hot topics in the field.

#3: Open conversation with the IOA Board -- they'll be there and accessible to you -- especially at the Session with the Board on Monday, April 20 at 11 a.m.

#4: More than 35 concurrent sessions on a variety of topics for the new practitioner and the experienced ombuds alike. Our keynote speakers aren't too bad either...check out all the sessions in the Registration Brochure!

#5: Warm weather (but not too warm!), clean sidewalks, Southern charm, the convenient downtown Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, and dedicated colleagues to share it with. Reserve your room by March 25 to guarantee your rate and space!
