I was carrying out my duties as a faithful public servant, ensuring students were receiving the full educational benefit of their schooling provider's name change to the Department of Education and Communities.

Thoughts came immediately of that unedifying circus played out recently on TV between the smaller year 7 boy baiting the hell out of the more substantial older boy, who then tried to administer some summary justice to his tormentor.
Had not this mynah heard that our school was a bullying-free zone as so clearly stated in our newsletter? Surely it must have noticed our message on the front sign, ''Say no to bullying''. Aha! A perfect opportunity to road-test our draft anti-bullying plan.
