Teresa F. Frisbie, director of the Loyola Chicago University School of Law Dispute Resolution Program, has recently written an article titled "Can Online Videoconferencing Tools Help the Mediation Process?"

In short, she presents the experience of Professor Vikki Rogers of Pace University in New York, Colin Rule (a leader in Online Dispute Resolution and founder of Modria.com), and mine at Virtual Mediation Lab to demonstrate how “online mediation tools have come a long way in the last decade”.
