The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is launching a major survey into the costs of international arbitration, which has become the preferred method of resolving cross-border
commercial disputes. CIArb invites corporate counsel, lawyers and
arbitrators involved in international commercial dispute resolution to
participate in the survey, the results of which will be analysed and
presented at a conference to be held in September 2011 in London.
