I’m pleased to share this update on NCDD’s monthly Tech Tuesdayactivity this spring.

Tech Tuesdays are a series of learning events from NCDD focused on technology for engagement. These free events are designed to help dialogue and deliberation practitioners get a better sense of the online engagement landscape and how they can take advantage of the growing and evolving opportunities available to them.

1 - Our upcoming Tech Tuesday, on May 27th from 1:00 to 2:30 pm Eastern (10:00 am to 11:30am Pacific), introduces Ethelo—a new tool committed to pioneering progress on how collaborative thinking and decision making can occur online. I’m really excited about this tool, and I hope many of you will join us on this interactive webinar!

Register now for this free online event, if you haven’t already! Ethelo founder John Richardson and his team will demonstrate how the Ethelo algorithm works and how it can enhance the work of D&D practitioners. Ethelo is offering NCDD members free access to the platform and asking for our input to help them refine its development as a powerful tool for dialogue and decision making.

2 - Looking ahead - Save the date for Tuesday June 24th 1pmEastern/10am Pacific: Brian Burt, CEO of Maestroconference “Including all the voices; leveraging virtual breakouts."

3 - Did you miss April’s Tech Tuesday with Colleen Hardwick ofPlaceSpeak?  Check out this brief overview of the session where you can also download the presentation and the recording: www.ncdd.org/15144.

We also want to thank the NCDDers who have participated in Tech Tuesdays for their interest and good questions.  We welcome your suggestions for future Tech Tuesday presenters!
