Watching the presentation on Equal Foot was very interesting and informative. I think it is very modern to have this online company partnering with the AAA to help parties enforce and mediate their contracts. watching the step by step process and the forms you fill out and listing how the process takes place seem pretty easy and may help parties that are not too familiar with this process. Equal Foot seems to make it easy and efficient in dispute resolution process and give parties another avenue to come to agreements and enforce those agreements. With the backing of the AAA this makes it a very reliable process and is a way of thinking forward to solve these disputes. This seems to be most efficient if you have parties in different places; it is a way that both can work together. This is something that i will be following over the next couple of years to see it growth and may even use it myself in my profession.
