Community Alternative Mediation, Inc.,(CALM) a community mediation and
conflict resolution center in Frederick County, Maryland is accepting
letters of interest and resumes for the director's position until November
30, 2010. The qualifying candidate must be familiar with non-profit
organizational development, have worked in the non-profit arena for at least
5 years, possess a Masters Degree in a Human Services field, possess good
verbal and written communication skills, have grant writing experience, and
be an experienced mediator. The candidate should be a member of the MPME.
