The European Commission programmes are a significant potential source of funding for NGOs, but understanding exactly what is expected in order to write a winning proposal is usually daunting.

Tough competition and complicated rules often discourage NGOs from even applying, or make them waste precious resources on unsuccessful proposals. This highly interactive two and a half day training will equip participants with the tools and techniques to choose the right call, and to develop the skills that will maximise their chances to write a project proposal attractive to the EC.

Our highly experienced trainer, who has worked for the Commission, will enable you to accurately read and interpret the EC’s guidelines, understand their assessment criteria and adapt your proposal to them, as well as get you familiarised with all the documents you will need, such as the logframe or the budget. This course will answer questions you have always asked yourself, give you clarity about your own projects, and develop the techniques to write highly competitive concept notes and full proposals.
