In our effort to show what (online) mediation means and how it works in as many languages as possible, today we ran an online mediation simulation of an International commercial case with a bilingual (Italian/German) mediator.
Obviously, the purpose of such videos is not to show mediators which techniques to use – that's a decision for each mediator to make on a case-by-case basis. Instead we want to show the public what online mediation means, and how it can save them time and money when they have a dispute with someone who lives in a different city, state or country.
