How Italian Mediators Practice Their Mediation Skills Online with a Coach on the Other Side of the World

A new 120-min video shows how 3 Italian mediators – in Grosseto, Padua and Ferrara – practice their mediation skills by participating in an online mediation simulation of a family case.

After their mediation, their Coach (Giuseppe Leone, in Hawaii, USA) helps them analyze and reflect on what happened -- what worked well or not-so-well (and why).

Giuseppe is the founder of Virtual Mediation Lab, an online mediation project sponsored by ACR Hawaii and featured in the 2013 ACResolution Magazine issue on "Innovation and Conflict Resolution".

The main goal of his project is to help mediators around the world practice their skills and learn to mediate online by participating in FREE simulations of commercial, family and workplace cases using their PC, Mac or mobile devices.
