On June 16, 2016 Giuseppe Leone, founder of Virtual Mediation Lab, will give a 1-hour presentation, which is titled “How to Incorporate Online Mediation Into Your Practice”, during the Annual Conference of the Association for Conflict Resolution Greater New York Chapter (ACRGNY) http://goo.gl/x2FhjW

At the end of his presentation, Giuseppe will also show a video recording of an online mediation simulation of a merchant/consumer case run with two ACRGNY members, who will share and discuss with mediators in the audience their experience participating for the first time in an online mediation.

The Power of Mobile Devices
By watching that 10-min video, ACRGNY mediators will be able to see not only how easy it is to add online mediation to their practice. They can also see the crucial role that mobile devices – like iPhone, iPad, Android tablet or smartphone – can play during the online mediation of merchant/consumer, homeowner/contractor, and e-commerce disputes.
