NVMS is seeking a full-time Family Programs Manager to coordinate mediation cases and co-parenting education. The Program Manager will work with various types of clients, professional mediators, local courts and staff to create positive and effective mediation, facilitation, education and coaching experiences.  Additionally the Program Manager will be responsible for outreach and networking to expand the client base for these programs.  NVMS is a small office environment that promotes a positive team oriented work ethic. In addition to primary responsibilities, all staff members assist with shared office duties such as answering phones and greeting clients.  The position requires 40 hours of work per week with occasional evening or weekend responsibilities.  Compensatory leave may be earned with advance approval.
