Today a mediator in Arizona (let’s call him John), who on September 24, 2016 will participate in my 1-hour presentation and demo “New Frontiers in Dispute Resolution – Introduction to Online Mediation” to the Arizona Association for Conflict Resolution - https://goo.gl/VHnM97 - asked me a number of questions about jurisdictional issues with online mediation in a case of parties in different states – Party 1 in Arizona, Party 2 in New York.

Here is my answer - https://goo.gl/9u63z6

If you are interested in online mediation, what else would you add to my answer? In other words, what else should online mediators be aware of when addressing jurisdictional issues?
