Eleven International Publishing is proud to announce that the first issue of the new International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution has been released!

It includes articles by Ethan Katsh (Chair of Modria’s Advisory Board) and Orna Rabinovich-Einy on Digital Justice, a great piece on ODR Ethics from Daniel Rainey, a piece on cross-border ODR in the EU and UNCITRAL from Mireze Philippe of the ICC, and a very interesting piece on “boxing” choices for better resolution from Marc Lauritsen. The issue ends with the ODR News section edited by Colin Rule ( co-founder & COO of Modria.com) who encourages everyone to send him any item you have: crule@modria.com.
