Mediation (and Online Mediation) of International Parental Child Abduction Cases: Challenges and Opportunities – Video Interview with Maureen Dabbagh

Why are International child abduction cases so tough to mediate? What does it take to make mediation work when parents now live in different countries, with different cultures, social and family values, and legal systems ? And can online mediation be useful in those cases?

These are some of the questions I asked Maureen Dabbagh, a mediator with a remarkable experience and knowledge in that field, during our June 19 video interview.
