Nebraska Supreme Court Finds Efficiencies with New Paperless Training and Reporting

LINCOLN, Neb., Nov 01, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
The Nebraska Judicial Branch Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) recently addressed the common challenge of new statutory requirements with an uncommon response -- launching a completely paperless, web-based training and reporting system for mediators. The new system allows mediators to report online their continuing education and biennial reports for approval, and was developed when the state legislature instructed the ODR to develop rules, procedures, and forms for training of Nebraska Parenting Act mediators.
