ODR and Consumers 2010
BUILDING A GLOBAL RESOLUTION SYSTEM FOR CROSS-BORDER TRANSACTIONS
November 2-3, 2010 in Vancouver B.C.

The internet needs a justice system, and the only way to build it
is to use the tools of dispute resolution. In Vancouver November 2-3,
we will work to design this system. This summer the United Nations
Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) approved the creation
of a Working Group on Global Online Dispute Resolution. The first
meeting of this new Working Group will take place at the UN in Vienna
this December. To learn more, visit: odrandconsumers2010.org

To prepare a group of leading organizations in law, technology and
conflict resolution are hosting a two-day conference to review the
proposed design for this global resolution system and learn about how
it might affect private companies, legal practitioners, and global
consumer rights. We hope you can join us in Vancouver November 2nd and
3rd for this groundbreaking discussion.
