Mediators may purchase the DVD alone ($199) or together with the seminar binder, which contains templates of essential mediation documents ($249).  The binder may be purchased alone ($149).

The seminar’s premise is simple: mediators must learn the business of running a mediation practice.

Many mediation trainings focus on the mediation process and teach the mediator how to interact during the mediation. 

The goal of Practical Tips for Family and Divorce Mediators is distinct.  Ms. Borer focuses on all aspects of the mediation process except for the mediation itself.  Viewers learn how to navigate the mediation business process, from the initial phone call to the signing of the Judgment of Divorce. 

Ms. Borer is a graduate of Harvard College and UCLA School of Law.  She has undergone extensive mediation training and regularly mediates family and divorce cases.
