Under supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Director will oversee all aspects of the community and youth programs including training, program development and management, volunteer/intern recruitment and management, and community outreach. APADRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop curriculum and deliver training to adults and youth
• Supervise program staff & interns
• Do program development (outreach, volunteer recruitment)
• Mediation case work
Desired Qualifications
• Knowledge of and experience in the Asian/Pacific Islander community
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of program management experience
• Knowledge and experience in the field of conflict resolution
• Bilingual in English and Asian/Pacific Islander language
• Minimum of 2-3 years supervision and team management experience in a non-profit setting
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
