Showing What Mediation (and Online Mediation) Means and How It Works – in Thai. 39-min Video

Yesterday, in our Virtual Mediation Lab in Hawaii, we ran and video recorded our first simulation of an online mediation via Skype in Thai, with 3 participants in Bangkok.

In that video, you will notice how the mediator was able to conduct and complete the mediation session (with 2 joint and 4 private sessions) calmly and confidently, despite the fact that his webcam stopped working after a few minutes.

So far, our videos showing how mediation (and online mediation) works are in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Thai. And they are all publicly available on our website - http://goo.gl/Jh44h – for the benefit of anybody who is is interested in mediation or ODR, and speaks those languages.

If are interested in any other language, please let me know, and we'll make it happen, if you can just find 3 participants (one of them should be an experienced mediator), with:

>> Fast Internet connection
>> Fast PC or Mac with built-in or external webcam, and a headset
>> Free version of Skype, which can be downloaded from their website
