When a couple of months ago Mac Steele and Patty Stiles (Association for Conflict Resolution Chicago Chapter) asked me to present a webinar on Online Mediation for their members, I pointed out that just talking about Online Mediation is usually not enough. From my experience, it is better and more effective to allow experienced (and usually skeptical) face-to-face mediators to see Online Mediation in action, and let them try it for themselves.

As a result, Mac, Patty and I came up with this 3-step plan.

>> Step 1 (Watch It) - On September 18, 7 ACR Chicago members participated in a 1-Hour Hands-On Training on Online Mediation with PC Mac and Mobile Devices

>> Step 3 (And Now Let's Talk About It) - On November 13, during a webinar on Online Mediation, ACR Chicago members will first hear and watch what we have done together.
