Ethan S. Burger is a Washington-based international attorney, legal consultant, and academic. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator. His global perspective and experience inform his ability to resolve complex problems.

He spearheaded an effort to bring mediation to Russia and Ukraine, during which he met with judges and attorneys in private practice. He gave presentations in both countries. He has written a number of articles with colleagues on the topic.

His global outlook informs his work. He has worked with persons of different backgrounds, expertise (e.g. accountants, government officials, military personnel and members of law enforcement), and nationalities.

His experience in private legal practice and in academia contributes to his effectiveness as a mediator. He has also dealt with personnel issues, including age discrimination.

He received his basic and advanced mediation training from the Center for Dispute Settlement in Washington, D.C.
