What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I am a lawyer-mediator with over 19 years of professional experience. After graduating from Fordham University School of Law in 1991, where I was first exposed to ADR and mediation classes and clinics, practicing law at two law firms for five years, and taking my first 40 hour mediation training at the New York City Bar Associate in 1994, I started my own firm, The Law Firm and Mediation Practice of Alla Roytberg, P.C. The firm has two offices located in the Chrysler Building in Manhattan and in Forest Hills, Queens. Over the years I have done and taught numerous Continuing Education Classes in Mediation and also in Collaborative Divorce, in which I was first trained in 2002. My current practice focuses on matrimonial, family and divorce mediation and litigation and collaborative divorce with an ancillary general practice. I am also fluent in the Russian language and frequently address legal needs of the Russian Community in the Greater New York area.
