ADR is my area of interest as a mediator and peace-builder. I want to introduce the practice in the local courts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa- also to encourage people more and more to rely lesser on traditional institutions of Jirga (elders assembly or council)where women are suffers in their cases where they are a party to the case because of discriminatory deposition of these bodies and no representation of women.
