- Conflict is scary. It's tempting to try to manage this fear by avoiding or quashing conflict; however; by doing so we also deny ourselves the opportunity to grow as individuals and as a people, and ultimately does not respect the inherent worth and dignity of those involved. I would like to continue to develop my understanding and skills in ADR as it applies to every day life.
