3 years as Junior ADR practioner after finishing LL.M. from University of Delhi in 2008. Currently pursuing Ph.D. on the topic: "Role of Mediation in the Justice Delivery System of India: A Critical Study" from University of Delhi

building connections with mediators around the world and to learn from their vast experience, to get info about new books on mediation.

India is going to be a next hub of mediation in the coming years... hence expertise in this area has can and must look forward to the emerging mediation dynamics in india..
