I work on the continuum of conflict resolution in the workplace from conflict coaching, conciliation, facilitation and mediation through preventing violence in the workplace; I conduct climate assessments and workshops for intact work units, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Assessment, What's My Communication Style, Sensitivity and Awareness, Teams in Conflict, Leading through Difficult Time, Giving and Receiving Performance Feedback and more.
