What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

I'm working on my Masters in Conflict Resolution at Creighton University. My program is on-line and I'm almost half way through the program.
Most of my experience has been acquired working overseas in conflict/post conflict environments.

What are you hoping to get from ADRhub.com

To understand more of what is happening in the field and to communicate with other people, thereby learning of new ideas, methods and experiences that I can employ.

What other ADR related sites do you visit?

Nothing so far on a regular basis.

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

I work as an independent contractor doing small business and agricultural training, emergency relief and conflict/post conflict assignments. I'm also a pilot. In two weeks I'll go to Kenya to work with small business people near Kisumu. I want to learn about ADR in a professional way, not just trying to create it as I go.
