What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

After devoting myself to a live-in apprenticeship in aikido for two years, I began assembling certifications in mediation and community building and academic degrees in depth psychology and cultural mythology in order to effectively practice the process arts (see processarts.net), which is to say group process design and facilitation. In 1999 I co-founded and continue to volunteer direct Association Building Community, a distributed community and non-profit dedicated to community-building through the process arts. Since 1999, it has been my pleasure to complete a Ph.D. in psychology and mythology while working with dozens of organizations and successfully facilitating over two thousand hours of group processes, working globally to redefine and practice peace as "conflict done well."
