What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Mediator for over 20 years. I have worked in community mediation as a mediator, case coordinator, director and trainer. I have also been an adjunct professor and visiting lecturer in conflict resolution. Currently I am a content consultant and trainer for Vantage Partners, a small consulting firm that specializes in negotiation and relationship management. I am also a founding partner of LightPoint Associates.

I am interested in integrating spirituality into conflict resolution, and exploring conflict engagement as energy work (that is, looking at the wave aspect, not just the particular aspect, of conflict).
