- Over 10 years combined international experience in workplace, family, and community mediation. Caryn runs a specialist workplace mediation, and training consultancy, Mindful Mediation, that specialises in leadership, team, and high conflict cases. Mindful Mediation do this using a combination of mediation, facilitation, coaching, and training. Conducted research titled: "Mindful Mediation: The Impact of Mindfulness and Compassion on Clients’ Behaviours and Outcomes." (Macquarie University - Master of Organisational Psychology)
