I have an interest in workplace conflict and have just written and ready to publish this on my website, co-authored with a psychologist. Undertaking the cinergy course in two weeks time in Melbourne, Australia. Am wanting to assist middle managers regain their confidence in holding difficult conversations and increasing innovation in workplaces through an understanding of 'positive' conflict dynamics
