Nearly 20 years as mediator (over 3400 mediations mainly in labour cases but also some commercial, family and Waitangi Tribunal experience); LLM Victoria University Of Wellington; training from CDR (1week), Public Conversations (1 day) Transformative Mediation (2 days) Cinergy Conflict Coaching (4 days). Have presented various papers to conferences in L.A.(for SPIDR now ACR) Melbourne (LEADR) Unversity of Westminster (London); Wellington (VUW; LEADR; AMINZ) published 2 articles for mediate.com; and others

LEADR NZ, Associate with Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of NZ, (on advanced mediator panel LEADR NZ - also certified mediator by National Mediation Association (Australia) and panel mediator for AMINZ

Fun, stimulation, knowledge, interesting contacts and exchange of ideas; sharing experiences

What other ADR related sites do you visit?

Mainly mediate.com though find lots of interest in such as Arts & Letters Daily; TED; Edge, Therapeutic Jurisprudence, Renaissance Lawyer, and regular reading of major Journals e.g.- Conflict resolution Quarterly, Negotiation Journal; ADRJ

What else do you want to tell the ADRhub.com community (what you are up to, what you would like to do in ADR, etc.)

Eclectic interests - indigenous DR; neurophysiology, humour, co-worker conflict; paring DR down to its minimalist elements (see e.g. 30 minute mediations at "Burning Man" CRQ vol 27 no1 pp 107 et seq)
