I have 20 years expereince in eth fields of mediation and non-violence. The first ten years spent setting up and running a community mediation programme offering neighbourhood mediation,. peer mediation and restorative justice. Since 2001, I have been running a workplace mediation company called The TCM Group (Total Conflict Management)
