What is your ADR experience? (trainings and education)

Nearly 20 years in the dispute resolution field with particular emphasis in Workplace Relations and Disability Accommodation. Previously trained mediators throughout North America through the Mediation Training Institute and the PULSE Institute from 2000-2007. Achieved the Advanced Practitioner in Workplace Mediation through the Association for Conflict Resolution in 2005 and Certified Conflict Coach in 2008. Also have extensive training and experience in Divorce Mediation. I am a professional trainer for SKILLPATH Seminars in Communication and Conflict Management and also train Managers and Supervisors in the same topic for the US Department of Navy, Southwest Region where I have also been a Mentor Mediator for the last 11 years.
