- 1998 - VORP training by Howard Zehr. Worked with Community Justice System in Anderson, IN, for two years as chief mediator. Conducted over 200 court-ordered mediations and trained volunteer mediators and managed their programs. HR Director for various companys since 2000. Utilized mediation skills in peer-to-peer and work force disputes. Formed Don Swift and Associataes and now offer mediation services.
