Seven years as a certified mediator and Director for the Wayne County NY Center for Dispute Settlement. Also providing conflict resolution and anger management training and classes.

New York Dispute Resolution Association and the Association for Conflict Resolution.

Enhanced knowledge and insight in the field of mediation and conflict resolution. Resources to further my work in this area and contacts to establish a network of colleagues and friends to communicate and share ideas and insights.
