Professional Mediator since 1999, Chamber of Commerce of Firenze, Italy-China Business Mediation Center, Milano; Center for effective Dispute Resolution, London, UK; to date has mediated more than 3500 cases spanning from b2b to b2c inclusing small claims and major malpractice cases as well; as a Trainer attended the T4T Programs of IMI-Boston, CEDR-London and CIArb, London

I would be particularly interested in getting the oppportunity to exchange practical hands-on experience in mediation in a foreign country, i.e. briefing, atending sessions, co-mediating; I would offer the same service in Firenze, Italy for free on a reciprocal basis
